【Abstract】 A rule based fuzzy neural network(FNN) fault diagnostic technique is developed. Based on the rule based FAM,the generation three layer rule base and reasoning approach are applied. Therefore, a rule based expert system integrated FNN with symbolic reasoning is constructed. And its input and output vectors are discussed.
