【Abstract】 The chemical potential nitrogen atmosphere were measured by the weight method used steel foil in condition of different temperature of nitriding and different decomposing ratio of ammonia atmosphere. The line relationship between the chemical potential nitrogen atmosphere and the decomposing ratio of ammonia, between the chemical nitrogen atmosphere and potential nitriding were calculatid by two variable statistics and linear regression.
