基于斜齿轮温度场研究的有限元分析模型
Finite Element Analysis Model Based on Research for the Bulk Temperature in Helical Gears
【摘要】 基于对斜齿圆柱齿轮本体温度场的导热方程及其等价的泛函分析,和根据斜齿轮不规则几何形状及温度场复杂边界条件所做的合理简化,建立了适用于斜齿轮本体温度场研究的有限元数学分析模型,提出了针对斜齿轮稳态和非稳态本体温度场计算的分析方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis about the transfering equations and the function from calculus of variation of the bulk temperature in helical gears,while considering the proper simplification about the anomalistic dimension of helical gears and the complicated boundary conditions in bulk temperature field,the finite element model used in studying the temperature of helical gears is built.The analytic methods for the steady and transient bulk temperature fileds are also provided.
