基于仿真的油泵类产品的集成开发──(Ⅱ)性能仿真与装配仿真

【摘要】 对油泵类产品集成框架开发模式中的性能仿真和装配仿真进行了深入的讨论。在性能仿真模块中建立了油泵产品的物理模型和数学模型,并对仿真结果及影响油泵产品性能的因素进行了分析。在装配仿真中,分析了产品top-down的设计思路和装配模型演变过程。所开发的装配模型具有参数变异和特征变异的功能,实现装配中的静态干涉和动态干涉检查。

【Abstract】 This paper discussed two important simulations in the integrated developing framework of fuel pump performance simulation and assembly simulation. The physical model and mathematical model of fuel pump were created in the performance simulation mould. Factors affected performance and the simulation output are analyzed and discussed. An idea abuot top down design methodology of product was discussed, as well as its creating steps. The developed assembly model has the functions of parametric and feature variable. It also can cheek static and dynamic interference during assembly.
