【Abstract】 By using message drive mechanism of Windows and timer interruption, multi task and real time task are solved in EDM NC(numeric control) system successfully. The structure of system functions and the frame of main window are discussed, and the major modules are analyzed and presented, which include EDM intelligent auto select machining parameters, EDM process fuzzy control system and multi axis simultaneously machining.
