【Abstract】 In order to adapt the developmect of the market econony,the rear-service in the institutions of higher learning must emancipate their thoughts,renew their eoncepts and carry on the manapoment which is exercising enterprization,systematization and standardization.During the implementing process they not only should improve the rear-seovice statf’s ouerall quality to ensure the service quality,but also should create conditions to fully mobilize the stalf’s initiatives.It is only by this way that they can put forward these reforms.更多还原
