【摘要】 大蒜素味辛性温,具有清瘟解毒、杀菌抑菌的功能。我国是大蒜的主产地之一,国内主要是采用从天然原料大蒜中用水蒸气蒸馏提取的方法生产大蒜素,由于成本高,产品主要供出口或用于医药、食品工业。而化学合成法生产的大蒜素,由于原料易得、合成工艺简单、生产成本低等特点,在饲料工业中显现出良好的应用前景。今后的主要工作是加强应用推广的宣传力度,使广大用户认识到大蒜素作为饲料添加剂而具有的良好价格效能比。更多还原

【Abstract】 Garlic, which is pungent in flavor and warm in nature, has a function of clearing heat and detoxicating and sterilizing. The garlicin produced by chemical syntheses has a wide application prospect because its synthesis process is simple, the production cost low and the raw materials is easy to get.
