【摘要】 利用特征反应，采用亚硫酸氢钠溶液将香兰素转入水相，再用醋酸丁酯进行二次酸化萃取，从而达到分离提纯香兰素的目的。研究表明，亚硫酸氢钠法提取香兰素的反萃取和酸化萃取过程具有良好的选择性和较高的收率，且酸化萃取受ｐＨ和香兰素浓度影响较大，在５ｇＬ以下萃取困难。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristic reaction, vanillin could be stripped by the sodium bisulfite solution,then it could be extracted by butyl acetate under acid circumstance,so that vanillin was separated and purified.It was shown that the process of using sodium bisulfite to extract vanillin had high selectivity and yield.The acidifying extraction was influenced deeply by pH value and the concentration of vanillin so it was difficult to extract when the concentration was lower than 5g/L.更多还原
