氯化螺环磷酸酯的催化合成
Catalytic Synthesis of Dichloropentate
【摘要】 以三氯氧磷、季戊四醇为原料,三氯化铝为催化剂,合成了氯化螺环磷酸酯。当n(季戊四醇):n(三氯氧磷):n(三氯化铝)=1:5.5:0.06时,反应时间为9h,反应温度为50℃时,产率约为80%。和国内外报道的方法相比,产率相同,但反应温度从100℃降到了50℃,反应时间缩短了一半。
【Abstract】 Dichloropentate is synthesized using phoshorus Oxychloride and pentaerythritol as raw materials, and aluminium chloride as catalyst. The optimum conditions are as follows: pentaerythritol: phosphorus oxychloride: aluminium chloride = l: 5. 5: 0. 06(molar ratio), the reaction time is 9h, the reaction temperature is 50℃, the yield of dichloropentate is hot 80%, the P content of the product is above 20%. Compared with results reported at home and abroad,the the is reduced by 112,the temperature is dropped for l00℃ to 50℃.
