【Abstract】 The control system of a full automatic CNC machine for finish cutting piston end mouth is developed in this paper. Approaches are discussed to design hardware and software of the control system. Meanwhile, the way is pointed out to acquire the reliability and stability under the conditions of mass production and short period. The machine has been using in the Shanghai Piston works for over one years and is playing an important role in the car piston production line. Some performances are superior to the same kind of the machine abroad.\;[更多还原
