【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the importance and the procedures of power analysis in the clinical evaluation of drugs. Methods The procedures of power analysis for some common tests and the power tables are derived from the power function mentioned by Lachin(1981). Results The power tables are made and they are convenient for clin-ical applications. Conclusion Power analysis is helpful for increasing the accuracy of the clinical evaluation of drugs.更多还原
