【摘要】 目的 尝试一种新的筛选单病种质控指标的方法。方法 用灰色关联度法对青岛市市立医院1995年～1997年支气管肺炎月报资料的17个派生指标进行筛选。结果 选出11个稳定、不易受偶然因素影响且有实际工作意义的指标。结论 灰色关联度法用于单病种质控指标的筛选有较高的信度和效度。为医院单病种管理提供了一种新的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To look for a new method of choosing single disease type quality control indexes. Methods Data of bronchialpneumonia from 1995 to 1997 were studied with Grey correlation degree. Results Eleven stable and practical indexes choosed from seventeen quality control indexes were picked up. Conclusion This method of grey correlation degree was of confidence and effectiveness. It provided a new method for hospital single disease type administration.更多还原
