【Abstract】 The paper points out the necessity that ship berthing time shonld be shortened in northern sector of Beijing hangzhou canal in Jiangsu province.It specially analyses the main factors that give rise to ship berthing time and brings to light the main reasons that cause nonessential port time and lock time.The countermeasures are given for shortening ship berthing time.更多还原
