铬微合金化对大规格高碳钢线材质量的影响
Influence of Cr microalloying on the Quality of Large Size High carbon Steel Wire Rod
【摘要】 研究成品成分与高碳钢线材力学性能的关系,得出回归方程。讨论铬微合金化对大规格高碳钢线材质量的影响。高碳钢中加入的铬元素抑制先共析铁素体析出,减小珠光体片层间距,可明显提高抗拉强度,提高断面收缩率,改善线材的拉拔性能。
【Abstract】 The relation between composition and mechanical properties of high carbon steel wire rod is analyzed,and the regression equation is obtained.The influence of Cr microalloying on the quality of large size high carbon steel wire rod is discussed.By Cr microalloying,the fore eutectoid ferrite eduction is restrained,the distance between rows of pearlite is decreased,then the tensile strength,section shrinkage and drawing property of high carbon steel wire rod is obviously raised and improved.
