【摘要】 钢丝在拉拔过程中经常发生自断现象，为查出原因，进行了系列对比分析检验。结果表明：该现象是由于热处理操作不当造成出炉孔至入铅液点一段钢丝在高温状态下铁素体过早过量析出，导致此段钢丝强度低、塑性差，引起拉拔断丝。解决此类问题，必须严格工艺操作纪律。更多还原
