钢丝拉拔自断原因分析
Analyses of Reasons for Steel Wire Self breaking in Drawing
【摘要】 钢丝在拉拔过程中经常发生自断现象,为查出原因,进行了系列对比分析检验。结果表明:该现象是由于热处理操作不当造成出炉孔至入铅液点一段钢丝在高温状态下铁素体过早过量析出,导致此段钢丝强度低、塑性差,引起拉拔断丝。解决此类问题,必须严格工艺操作纪律。
【Abstract】 Steel wire often self breaks in drawing In order to find the reasons,some comparative tests have been done The results show that because the heat treating operation is improper,in high temperature state there are ferrites over early and excessively separating out in a section of steel wire from the place out of furnace to the place entering lead liquid,which leads to low tensile strength and bad plasticity of this section of steel wire,so the wire breaks in drawing The rigorous technological operation discipline must be enforced for solving this problem
