热浸镀锌槽的腐蚀及其发展

【摘要】 热浸镀锌槽的耐锌液侵蚀性和使用寿命一直是热镀行业中难以解决的技术难题。就国内外有关方面的研究进展进行回顾,介绍钢铁质热镀槽及上热式、工频感应、内热式等3 种型式的耐火材料热镀槽的特点、应用及发展,指出内热式耐火材料镀槽是热浸镀槽型的发展方向。

【Abstract】 The resistance to corrosion by molten zinc and service life of zinc pot are the technological difficult problems to be solved in industry of galvanizing by dipping The progress of research work on corrosion and development of zinc pot at home and abroad is reviewed The characteristics,application and development of steel pot and three kinds of refractory pots such as upper heating type,line frequency induction type and inner heating type for galvanizing by dipping are introduced It is pointed out that inner heating type refractory pot is the development orientation of zinc pot for galvanizing by dipping
