【摘要】 在计算机软件技术（ＣＡＤＣＡＭＣＡＥ） 快速发展的今天，越来越多的企业领导者和软件使用者，开始体会到企业信息化的源头在于产品数据管理。因此，包括了ＥＲＰ、ＭＩＳ、ＭＲＰ以及文件管理软件的国内外软件厂商，开始对其产品建立基础的ＰＤＭ 核心平台。另一方面，ＰＤＭ 软件厂商，也陆续的走进市场。这些ＰＤＭ 厂商的特色是以提供ＰＤＭ 平台与ＰＤＭ 管理的界面，作为主要的软件功能，相较于ＭＩＳ、ＭＲＰ、ＥＲＰ等应用系统的软件，客户一般都不甚理解到底ＰＤＭ 可以给企业能带来什么利益与效率。在本篇文章中，我们将对ＰＤＭ 发展的两种趋势：由应用到核心，以及由核心到应用，去做一个利弊的说明。并且针对五花八门的ＰＤＭ 软件做一个简单的分类。此外，我们还针对企业实施产品数据管理的步骤与注意事项，以及在不同类ＰＤＭ 软件实施时所应该注意的策略问题，做一详细的说明更多还原

【Abstract】 With the expedite denveloping of software technology (CAD/CAM/CAE).more and more head of enterprise and users of software are realizing the resource of business information relies on PDM(Product Data Management)system. Right now, many of inside and outside software development companies which supply the product of ERP, MIS ,MRP and OFFICE are setting up the kernel platform of FDM. On the contrary most of PDM providers have their specialty, they supply the interface and development platform for PDM as the main function of softwre In this essay, we will discuss the advantage and disadvantage based on two trends of FDM,ong is from application to basis, another is from basis to application. And also, we will simply classify the varied PDM softawre.
