消除面外云纹栅线噪声振动装置的设计
Design of Vibration Device to Eliminate the Grid Chirp Sound of the Out-of-plane Moire
【摘要】 本文采用正弦函数分析法,对面外云纹图象栅线噪声消除进行了理论分析研究。通过面外云纹一般表达式中的各项频率分析,在反复实践的基础上,利用正弦加速凸轮的位移、速度、加速度方程的特点,由调压整流电路控制直流微电机,设计了一套消除面外云纹栅线噪声振动装置,并成功地应用于QHZW88型面外云纹仪中,较好地消除了栅线噪声对真实图象的影响,光栅沿主方向的往复振动(频率可调)提高了云纹图象的信噪比。
【Abstract】 In this paper we use sine function analyzing method to analyze the elimination of the grid chirp sound of the out-of-plane Moire. On the basis of experiments by analyzing all kinds of frequency of the generic expression of the out-of-plane moire and we designed a vibration device to eliminating the grid chirp sound of the out-of-plane moire.This device makes use of the characteristic of the displacement velocity, acceleration equation of the sineaccelerating cam and a direct current micro-electromotor which is controlled by the adjust-voltage and rectification circuit. this device has been applied successfully in QHZW88 out-of-plane moire apparatus to eliminates the influence upon the true image,which caused by the grid chirp sound. The reciprocating vibration-the frequency adjustable-of the grating lined vertical direction promote the ratio of signal to noise of the Moire image.
