有序和无序态Ni3Fe的环境氢脆研究
ENVIRONMENTAL EMBRITTLEMENT OF ORDEREDAND DISORDERED Ni3Fe
【摘要】 研究了有序和无序态Ni3Fe在室温下不同气氛(O2,空气和H2)中的力学性能,结果表明:有序态或无序态Ni3Fe不存在由空气中水汽诱发的环境氢脆;无序态Ni3Fe也不存在由氢气诱发的环境氢脆,但有序态Ni3Fe在H2中却有强烈的脆化作用,巨随形变速率降低而加剧;有序Ni3Fe的拉伸曲线出现了明显的屈服平台,而无序态没有,有序态强度高于无序态,扫描电镜观察表明:无序Ni3Fe在不同气氛中断裂时全部为韧性断口;有序Ni3Fe在空气和O2中也为穿晶韧性断口,但在H2中的断口形貌与形变速率有关:低形变速率时为沿晶断口,随形变速率增加为沿晶与穿晶的混合断口,高形变速率下全部为穿晶韧性断口
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of ordered and disordered Ni3Fe in various atmospheres (O2,air, H2) at ambient temperature have been investigated. The results show that there is no moistureinduced environmental embrittlement for the disordered and ordered Ni3Fe when tested in air. The resultsalso indicate that no H2-induced environmental embrittlement was observed for the disordered Ni3Fewhen tested in gaseous hydrogen. However, the ordered Ni3Fe is very sensitive to gaseous H2-inducedenvironmental embrittlement, and the embrittlement becomes more severe as the strain rate decreases.There is a yield platform in the engineering stress-strain curve of ordered Ni3Fe. However, there is noappreciable phenomena in disordered Ni3Fe. The strength of ordered Ni3Fe is higher than that of disorderedNi3Fe. The fracture surface observation shows that the fracture modes of disordered Ni3Fe in above threeenvironments are ductile transgranular. The fracture modes of ordered Ni3Fe in O2 and air are also ductile.However, The fracture mode of ordered Ni3Fe in H2 is dependent on the strain rate. It is intergranular at lower strain rate and ductile transgranular at higher strain rate.
