【摘要】 通过对六流连铸中间包内流动与传热耦合过程的数值模拟,说明了改进中间包的合理性.此外,本研究还进行了现场温度的实际测定,结果表明模拟计算结果与实测值的趋势一致,优化后的中间包能更好地满足生产的要求

【Abstract】 The results of numerical simulation of the coupled fluid flow and heat transfer in a sixstrand tundish show that the structure of the improved tundish has more reasonable than that of theoriginal one. In addition, the measurement of temperature in the actual operating tundish has been carriedout, and the results show that the predicted and the measured temperatures at the outlets of the tundish aregood agreement in tendency, and the optimized tundish is better than the original one and more satisfyingthe requirement of actual operations.
