【摘要】 研究了在低温熔盐中(≤200℃)电沉积Al-Ti合金粉时,电沉积条件对沉积合金成分和粒度的影响.用扫描电镜观察了不同电沉积条件下的结晶状态,并对粉末杂质含量和电效进行了分析与讨论,提出采用小电流密度制取致密结晶是降低含氧量和提高电效的关键.

【Abstract】 The effects of electrodeposited condition on chemical composition and particle size of AlTi alloy powder made by electrodeposition in low temperature molten salts (below 200℃ ) were explored.The crystal form of Al-Ti alloy powder at various electrodeposition conditions has been observed by SEM.The impurity contents of Al-Ti alloy powder and current efficiency of electrodeposition were discussed.The results indicate that a dense crystal structure of Al-Ti alloy powder made by low current density isnecessary in order to obtain Al-Ti alloy powder with low oxgen content and high current efficiency.
