【摘要】 根据获得高玻璃形成能力(GFA)非晶合金的多元化理论,研究了Zr,Nb对二元Fe—B非晶合金GFA的影响.结果表明,高B含量Fe—B非晶合金中加人适量Zr能够促进玻璃态转变.三元Fe—B—Zr非晶合金中加入少量Nb能够有效地提高其GFA.多元化是促进非晶合金玻璃态转变和提高其GFA的有效方法.

【Abstract】 Effect of Zr and Nb elements on glass-forming ability (GFA) of Fe-B amorphous alloywas studied according to the empirical rules for the achievement of metallic glass with large GFA. Theaddition of Zr element into Fe-B alloys with 20% B results in the appearance of glass transition. The GFAof Fe-B-Zr alloys could be increased by addition of a small amount of Nb element. The multiplication tothe binary and ternary systems leads to the appearance of glass transition and increase of GFA.
