第二相粒子尺寸对基体晶粒长大影响的仿真研究

【摘要】 根据第二相粒子与基体晶界交互作用的微观物理基础,建立了复相材料晶粒长大的三维图像仿真方法、设计了含有相同体积分数、不同尺寸第二相粒子的复相体系,井全程仿真了三维复相材料的晶粒长大过程.对粒子尺寸影响基体晶粒长大的直接观察和定量分析表明:粒子尺寸越大,晶界的“脱钉”趋势越弱;晶粒长大到达停滞状态所经历的时间越长,停滞态下基体晶粒尺寸越大且尺寸分布的均匀性越低;极限晶粒尺寸与粒子尺寸之间并不存在简单的线性关系,需要考虑粒子弥散程度的影响.

【Abstract】 A three-dimensional image simulation method for grain growth ill double-phased materials was setup, based on micro physical analysis of interaction between the second-phase particle and thegrain boundary. Double-phased systems containing the second-phase particles of same quantity with various sizes were designed, and the complete process of grain growth was simulated. Direct observation andquantitative analysis of the simulated grain growth in double-phased material showed that, the largerthe particle size is, the weaker is the "unpinning" tendency of the grain boundary; the longer the timestopping grain growth is the larger is the average grain size and the more inhomogeneous is the grain sizedistribution; there is no simple linear relation between the critical grain size and the particle size, and theinfluences of the perse degree of particles should be taken into consideration.
