磷在变形IN718合金中的作用

【摘要】 研究了磷在变形IN718合金中的作用结果表明,磷显著改善了该合金的持久性能,明显延缓蠕变进程添加0.02%磷可使表观蚂变激活能由678.6kJ/mol提高至746.kJ/mol,晶界扩散激活能由276.1kJ/mol提高至349.8kJ/mol磷的作用起因于降低品界能而伯聚于品界,从而抑制晶界扩散、降低晶界结合力

【Abstract】 The effects of phosphorus in rolled IN718 alloy have been studied. The results show thatphosphorus significantly improves the stress-rupture properties and strongly retards the creep process.Increasing phosphorus to 0.02% causes an increase of the apparent creep actiyation energy from 678.6kJ/mol to 746.1 kJ/mol and an increase of the diffusion activation energy along grain boundary from 276.1kJ/mol to 349.8 kJ/mol. It has been proposed that phosphorus segregates to grain boundary due to thereduction of the grain boundary energy by the segregation and thus decreases both grain boundary cohesionand diffusivity.Different effects of phosphorus both observed in this work and in the literature have beendiscussed in the light of this basic mechanism.
