高孔率金属延伸率的理论计算

【摘要】 运用几何学与力学推导各向同性高孔率材料的孔率与延伸率的近似关系通过对高孔隙率发泡镍的实验,证明了理论公式与实际结果一致

【Abstract】 Based on the structure feature of high porosity 3-D isotropic materials, an analysis modelhas been established. Moreover, a theoretical formula for approximately evaluating the elongation after fracture for these materials has been derived, and can be described as , where X isa constant and 0 the porosity. A comparison between the experiments and the calculated results proved the above formula is suitable to describe the elongation of high porosity metals.
