应用分子氧/正戊醛/三氧化二钴体系氧化环己烯的研究
Studies on Co2O3-Catalyzed Epoxidation of Cyclohexene in the System of Valeraldehyde and Molecular Oxygen
【摘要】 采用分子氧/ 正戊醛/ 三氧化二钴的新型氧化体系氧化环己烯生成1 , 2 - 环氧环己烷, 与使用过氧化物直接氧化的传统工艺相比, 此方法反应条件温和, 操作简便、安全、高效。并且通过对影响此反应的催化剂种类、醛的种类以及反应物配比等主要因素的考察, 可使环氧化反应产物1 , 2 - 环氧环己烷的收率最高可达94 % 。
【Abstract】 Co 2O 3-Catalyzed epoxidation of cyclohexene was achieved in 94% yield with molecular oxygen in the presence of valeraldehyde under mild conditions.The method is safer and very convenient, compared with the traditional oxidizing reagents.Some effects of several factors on the reaction were investigated such as the type of catalyzer and aldehyde,the ratio of reactants.The yield of 1,2-epoxycyclohexane reached 94%.
