扩散退火对铸造空冷贝氏体钢组织与性能的影响
Influence of Diffusion Annealing on Structure and Property of Air Cooled Cast Bainite Steel
【摘要】 对空冷贝氏体钢5Cr3Mo2VNb进行扩散退火,可减轻其晶内成分偏析,使组织均匀,强度与韧性明显提高。采用的扩散退火工艺为1250℃×5h,炉冷至室温,淬火、回火后,其性能指标完全可以达到热作模具钢的要求,为用铸钢代替锻钢制作模具的可能性提供了依据
【Abstract】 By diffusion annealing,a uniform structure of 5Cr3Mo2VNb steel can be obtained,the micro compositional segregation of the steel is reduced, the strength and ductility of the steel are enhanced significantly.The process adopted diffusion anealing for 5h at 1250℃ followed by furnace cooling.After quenching and tempering,its performance meets the requirements of hot working die steels.The results provide a basis for the possibility of using cast steels for die steels as a substitute of wrought steels.
