Ni基WC复合喷涂层的超塑性扩散焊接及耐磨性

【摘要】 研究了在5CrMnMo钢基材上用氧乙炔火焰喷涂Ni基WC复合涂层的超塑性以及WC含量对超塑性扩散焊接涂层耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,通过超塑变形使得喷涂孔洞大量焊合,同时涂层与基材产生冶金结合。超塑性扩散焊接涂层具有优异的耐磨性能。

【Abstract】 The superplasticity of Ni based WC sprayed coatings and effects of WC particlesweight fractions on the wear resistance of superplastic diffusion welding coatings on 5CrMnMo steel have been studied.Results show that lots of sprayed cavities are welded by superplasticity and the bonding interfaces between the coating and the substrate are metallurgically welded.The superplastic diffusion welding coatings have excellent wear resistance.
