Application of Modern Surface Technology
【摘要】 阐述了现代表面技术应用的重要性以及在结构材料、功能材料、新型材料、光电子学、微电子学、微型机电系统、环境工程等领域中的应用概况，展望了表面技术的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this work,the importance of modern surface technology and its applications in structure materials,function materials,advanced materials,optoelectronics,microelectronics,micro electromechanical system,environmental engineering are expounded.The prospect about application of surface technology is looked.
