贝氏体钢中贝氏体铁素体纳米结构
Nanoscale Microstructure of Bainitic Ferrite in Bainitic Steels
【摘要】 通过TEM 和HRTEM 观察分析了贝氏体钢中贝氏体铁素体的组织结构及其纳米尺度。贝氏体铁素体由亚片条组成,亚片条宽度约100 ~200nm ,长度不等;亚片条又由亚单元组成,其纳米尺度为100 ~250nm ,形貌呈方形、长方形、圆形和无规则外形等多种形貌;亚单元又由更小的基本单元组成,其尺度约在几个纳米到十几个或二十几个纳米范围。最小单元之间呈小角度界面结合。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and nano dimension of bainitic ferrite was observed and analyzed with TEM and HRTEM.The results showed that the bainitic ferrite is composed of sublaths whose widths are within 100~200nm.The sublaths are composed of subunits which are about 100~250nm per side,and their appearance present squares,rectangals and circles,and subunits are composed of further small units,their dimensions are about from several nanometers to ten or twenty nanometers.The atomic arrangement between minimum units is small angle interfacial.
