提高铜铬触头电寿命的研究
Investigation on Increasing Electric Life of CuCr Contacts
【摘要】 对铜铬触头材料进行-196℃深冷处理后,其组织明显细化,铜铬分布更趋于均匀,机械强度得以提高。在可拆真空灭弧室中进行的电试验证明,经深冷处理后的电极触头耐电弧烧蚀得到极大改善。
【Abstract】 Cryogenic treatment on CuCr contact materials is introduced in this paper.Experimental results show that the cryogenic treatment result in more fine microstructure and uniform distributions of alloys.Mechainical properties of contact materials is increased as well.Electric experiment in the demountable vacuum chamber proves that the electric erosion resistance of the contacts has been improved greatly by the cryogenic treatment.
