等离子多元渗硼及渗层组织性能的研究
Study on Plasma Muticomponent Boriding and Its Hardening Layers Structure and Properties
【摘要】 用高能等离子束在常压下快速扫描涂敷多元渗硼膏剂的45 钢管内表面,可实现多元渗硼及自激冷淬火,获得多元渗硼加淬火复合硬化层。用电子探针和透射电镜对硬化层的成分和组织结构进行了分析。结果表明,渗剂中所含硼、硅、铈3 种元素以不同深度渗入了材料内部,硬化层为隐针马氏体及硼硅化合物。检测结果表明,硬化层具有较高的硬度及合理的硬度梯度,耐磨性和耐蚀性有明显提高
【Abstract】 Smearing the multicomponent boriding paste on the inside wall of 45 steel tube in advance,then scanning the surface with high energy plasma beam at ordinary pressure,the multicomponent boriding and self quenching are simultaneously taken place,the multiplex hardening layer of multicomponent boriding and quenching will be obtained.The composition and microstructure of the hardening layer are investigated by electron probe and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the depths through which B,Si,Ce penetrate are different one another.The microstructures of the hardening layer are needle shape martensite and boron silicon compounds.The properties of the hardening layer are tested.The results show that the level of the hardering layers microhardness is high and the gradient of the microhardness is reasonable.The wear and the corrosion resistance of the hardening layer are well.
