中国草鞋山遗址古代稻种类型
Typesofthe Ancient Rice Subspecies Cultivated in Caoxie Hill Vestige of China
【摘要】 采用根据炭化米叶绿体DNA差异鉴别其亚种类型和根据水稻植物蛋白石形状差异判断稻种类型的方法,分析中国草鞋山遗址各文化时期的稻种类型,结果均认定该地区古代各时期种植的稻种类型是粳稻。
【Abstract】 In order to revealthe subspeciesofrice cultivated during the Newlithic Age in Taihu Valley of Chi na,plantopals left in every soillayer were examined at Caoxie Hillvestige,and the subspeciesofancientrice culti vated there was determined during various culture periods.Meanwhile,DNA in carbonized paddy unearthed atthat site was successfully extracted,in which the cp DNA was furtheranalyzed.By testing and verifying each other with these two methods,the rice subspecies cultivated there during every ancienttime could be preliminarily identified. After amplification twice,electrophoretogram of DNA ofthecarbonized rice showed the same band as“Shenli”,the japonica control.At the same time,thediscriminantvalues ofplantopal sshapein every layerare largerthan0 5 . Itcan be concluded thatthe cultivated subspeciesisjaponica in every layeron this site.The results ofboth analyses show thatsubspecies ofricewhich havebeen cultivated in thatarea sincethe Newlithic Age areclassified asjaponi ca.
