【Abstract】 There were numbers of Ginkgo biloba seedlings died in Xuzhou.After investigating,a conclusion could be drawn that damping off disease,which initiated by two different pathogens, Macrophmina and Rhizoctonia ,was the main reason to the death event.After all,high level of soil moisture has contributed to forming suitable environmental condition for this disease,while cement powder has wakened seedlings resistant ability and aggravated the injury at a certain extent.
