金属板料成形有限元方法中的接触问题算法
The Discussion on Contact Algorithm of FEM Simulation for Sheet Metal Forming Analysis
【摘要】 接触问题是金属板料成形过程中的重要方面,正确地处理接触问题是板料成形有限元模拟成功的关键环节- 本文针对动态有限元模型和准静态有限元模型,分别对罚函数法、拉格郎日法和修正刚度法等算法作了讨论,并提出了一种处理简单的板料成形的接触算法
【Abstract】 Contact problem is important to sheet metal forming process . How to deal with contact problem correctly is the key to FEM simulation for sheet metal forming analysis .In this paper, some important contact algorithms of FEM simulation such as penalty method and Lagrange method and so on,are discussed respectively in connection with dynamic model and qusisstatic model. At the same time , a new contact algorithm is formulated to deal with some two dimensional sheet forming operations.
