【Abstract】 Contact problem is important to sheet metal forming process . How to deal with contact problem correctly is the key to FEM simulation for sheet metal forming analysis .In this paper, some important contact algorithms of FEM simulation such as penalty method and Lagrange method and so on,are discussed respectively in connection with dynamic model and qusisstatic model.
