【Abstract】 Bank seal recognition system recognizes automatically the seal of bank cheque or other credit notes through the seal testingmachine installed on the bank terminal or the verification of vocational department later. It is thus used to verify the validity of credit noteautomatically instead of the manual procedure by folding corner. The problem is solved for seal recognition in common money saving andmoney taking off between banks and, work efficiency of banks is enhanced.
