【Abstract】 The Cube operator in the on-line analytical processing (OLAP) is an operator in common use, but resently, the definition of the Cube operator and its semantic possessed very large limitations. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the Cube operator and proposes a new operator, Gcube. Gcube is an extension of the Cube operator which overcomes the disadvantages of the Cube operator. Thealgorithm and optimization techniques for implementing the Gcube operator are presented in the paper also.更多还原
