【Abstract】 For environmental impact economical assessment utilizing the theory and method of economtrics through cost benefit analysis, one can work out method of quantitative analysis and contrast for economical activities of human beings towards profit and loss of envionmental impact. By assessment, reasonable and reliable project of environmental economics is presented, which will be the policy basis of formulating social economical policy and environmental protection measure. This method can be applied at different stages and this is a new trial for the land utilization in development area hy proceeding environmental economical assessment. A certain devlopment area is taken as an example to investigate the application of environmental impactecononmical assessment in the land utilization of the development area.更多还原
