环氧树脂-丙烯酸丁酯IPN法制胶粘剂
ADHESIVE OF EPOXY n BUTYL ACRYLATE BY IPN METHOD
【摘要】 以二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,三乙醇胺为固化剂,环氧树脂与丙烯酸丁酯以IPN法制取高强度结构胶粘剂。考察了固化剂含量、预固化及预聚合时间、丙烯酸丁酯含量以及引发剂含量对胶粘剂力学强度的影响。实验结果表明,用IPN方法增韧环氧树脂效果良好。
【Abstract】 A high strength structure adhesive was prepared from epoxy resin and n butyl acrylate with 2 hydroxyethyl dimethyl acrylate as crosslinking agent,triethanolamine as hardening agent by interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) method. The influence facts upon adhesive strength,such as hardening agent content, n butyl acrylate content,synthesis condition were discussed. The result showed that IPN method was effective in toughening epoxy resin.
