【Abstract】 The method of synthesizing 1 exthoxycarbonyl piperazine by nucleophilic substitution reaction of piperazin·6H 2O in acetic acid with ethyl chloroformate was reaported and the effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and the reaction time on the product yield were investigated.
