超微晶合金在电力系统测量级电流互感器铁芯中的应用
Application of Nanocrystalline Alloy Toroidal Coresfor Power Measuring Current Transformer
【摘要】 本文就超微品合金在电力用测量级电流互感器铁芯中的应用进行了研究。分析了电流互感器误差的影响因素,比较了传统软磁材料硅钢片和玻莫合金与新型软磁材料超微晶合金的特点,介绍了测量级电流互感器铁芯的选材并举例说明了超微晶合金电流互感器铁芯的设计制造过程。
【Abstract】 The application of Nanocrystalline alloy toroidal cores to power measuringcurrent transformer and the influent factors to errors are discussed. In order to select suitable materials for making Power measuring current transformer cores the Properties oftraditional soft magnetic materials such as silicon steels and pemeralloys and new soft magnetic material of nanocrystalline alloy are compared, and an example is given to illustratethe design and calculation methods of current transformer toroidal cores.
