非晶合金复合材料的研究进展
Progress on Research of AmorphousComposite Ribbons
【摘要】 利用双喷嘴快速凝固技术可以将两层非晶合金直接复合到一起,制备出非晶合金复合带材。由于组成复合非品带村的两种材料性质的差异,可望开发出具有某些独特性能的新型复合材料。本文介绍了这一技术的原理和工艺参数,总结了国内外目前在双层复合非品带的界面、内应力、磁性能和力学性能等方面的研究进展,并分析了双喷嘴快速凝固技术以及复合非晶带的潜在应用前景。
【Abstract】 With the so-called double-nozzle-crucible technique,ribbonscan be layered together and double-layer amorphous composite ribbons am be produce.Novel composites with unique characteristics could be developed because of the different properties ofthe two layers. The principle and process parameters of the technique were summarized. Progress onthe research of interfaces, inner stress, magnetic and mechanical properties of the amorphous compositeswere reviewed. The potential applications of the technique and amorphous composites were analysed.
