氧化物弥散强化铁素体钢(ODS)再结晶行为的研究

【摘要】 系统研究了铁素体型ODS钢的再结晶行为,实验结果表明:用化学浸润法加入Y2O3的ODS钢,可以获得两种尺寸范围的弥散相。在大形变量下大颗粒尺寸的Y2O3有利于非自发形核,促进再结晶,再结晶温度约为760~820℃。实验还发现ODS钢大量形变后再结晶晶粒长大存在一稳定尺寸,晶粒形状接近等轴状,这有利于消除ODS钢的各向异性

【Abstract】 Behavior of recrystalization in an oxide dispersion strengthened ferritic steel was systematically studied. Experimental results showed that two kinds of scope for sizes dispersion strengthened phases Y\-2O\-3 by addition thought chemical soaking method were obtained. Bigger particles of Y\-2O\-3 were favourable to nucleus of recrystalization under high deformation degree, therefore they promoted the recrystalization process. The recrystalization temperatures varied from 760 to 820. In experiment it was observed that the near equal axis grains could be obtained by recrystalization annealing after high deformation degree, then these grains grown with size limited value. This may be beneficial to eliminating anisropy of ODS steels.
