热处理炉温度智能测控专家系统的设计与实现
The Design and Implementation of an Intelligent Expert System for Measuring and Controlling Temperature of Heat Treatment
【摘要】 介绍了一种热处理炉温度智能测量控制专家系统,提出了温度测量数据融合技术和Fuzzy+ PID 控制技术相结合的设计方法。讨论了系统结构、知识表示、推理机、温度数据融合算法和智能控制方法。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the design and implementation of an intelligent expert system for measuring and controlling temperature of heat treatment, presents a design plan of measuring and controlling temperature by combining data fusion technique with Fuzzy+PID control. The paper discusses the system architecture, knowledge representation, inference mechanism,method of data fusion and intelligent control mechanism.
