【摘要】 目的探讨股骨头缺血性坏死介入治疗的临床效果。材料与方法对２０例股骨头缺血性坏死病人，将溶栓药物和血管扩张药直接注入旋股内、外动脉和闭孔动脉。结果２０例病人在治疗后髋部疼痛及关节功能障碍均有不同程度减轻和改善。随访Ｘ线平片可见股骨头明显修复。血管造影及ＤＳＡ显示股骨头区血管数目基本达到正常。结论通过介入法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死，是一种能在临床上广泛应用的新技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of interventional therapy for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Materials and Methods This report presented the therapeutic effects on twenty cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. During the interventtional procedure, thrombolytic agents and vasodilator durgs were injected directly into the medial and laternal femoral circumflex arteies together with obturator artery. Results The outcoming showed the hip pain and the disorders of joint function were alleviated and improved in different degreses after the treatment. Xray films revealed evident repair of the femoral heads. Angiography and DSA demonstrated the number of blood vessels in femoral head areas basically approached the normal level. Conclusions Treatment of femoml head avascular necrosis through interventional method is a new technique which seems to be promising for wide extent in clinical application.更多还原
