大鼠异体神经移植后再生神经生物力学性质研究
BIOMECHANICAL STUDY OF NERVE REGENERATION AFTER NERVE HOMOGRAFT
【摘要】 用 Wistar鼠作为实验模型,切下 1cm坐骨神经,再用同系 Wistar鼠坐骨神经行异体桥接,修复坐骨神经的缺损。术后24周对Wistar鼠的手术侧与正常侧用指标抗张强度与弹性模量(ε=10%)进行测试。辅以电镜,光镜观察。统计结果表明:Wistar鼠手术侧与正常侧之间抗张强度与弹性模量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。经修复后的再生神经在正常生理范围内的力学性能与高应力区的承载功能均得到恢复。用指标总分对Wistar鼠坐骨神经进行综合评判,以客观评价其连续性恢复的程度。结果证实用Wistar鼠异体神经桥修复坐骨神经缺损取得满意效果。
【Abstract】 In this study, the ischiatic nerves (1 cm long) of Wistar rats were cut off,and the gaps were bridged with nerve homografts. 24 weeks after the operation, the tensile strength and the elastic modulus (strain rate=10% ) of the ischiatic nerves were measured and the data analyzed statistically. No significant difference was found in the tensile strength and the elastic modulus of the ischiatic nerves in both the experimental and the control rats (P>0. 05). The results showed that the injured nerves had been recovered successfully and the biomechanical characteristics resumed to the physiological ranges as well as the loading capacity of high stress area. We conclude that this method was useful in evaluating nerve regeneration and its functional recovery after the bridge operation.
