【摘要】 目的和方法 :应用 HRP逆行标记法和图像分析法 ,对大鼠展神经核运动神经元和核间神经元的分布、数量及形态、大小进行了观察。结果 :大鼠的展神经核间神经元主要集中在展神经核的吻侧 2 / 3,和腹外侧区 ;运动神经核则位于展神经核的背内侧区 ,仅在展神经核的中央 ,两种神经元有少量的混合。运动神经元和核间神经元的比例为 2∶ 1。大多数核间神经元呈小梭形 ,少数和运动神经元相似为较大的圆形或锥形。结论 :大鼠展神经核运动神经元和核间神经元具有特殊分布形形式更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective and Methods: The population and distribution pattern of abducens motoneurons and internuclear neurons in rats were examined with retrograde transport HRP methed and image quantitative analysis. Results: The results were as follows: The labeled somata of abducens internuclear neurons apperaed in the two thirds of the rostral abducens nucleus, where they were located mainly in the ventrol and lateral areas, though a few of them were mingled with motoneurons in the center, while motoneurons were located mainly in the dorsomedial areas of the abducens nucleus. Most internuclear neurons were small and fusiform, but a minority of them were morphologically similar to the motoneurons, which were in large sphere. Conclusion: The above results suggest that abducens motoneurons and internuclear neurons in rats have a special pattern in distribution.更多还原
