猫内囊组织间液经淋巴管前淋巴系统的引流
DRAINAGE OF INTERSTITIAL FLUID OF CAT INTERNAL CAPSULE VIA PRELYMPHATIC-LYMPHATIC SYSTEM
【摘要】 目的 :探讨内囊组织间液是否经淋巴管前淋巴系统引流。材料和方法 :将 10 μl印度墨汁注射于 8例成年猫内囊 ,在大体、光镜和电镜下对碳颗粒的引流途径予以追踪观察。结果 :颈深淋巴结及蛛网膜下腔内和脑表面的动脉黑染。光镜下 ,颈深淋巴结内有碳颗粒 ;颈内动脉颅外段外膜中偶见碳颗粒 ;颈内动脉颅内段、大脑中动脉、大脑动脉环、蛛网膜下腔内动脉、软膜内小动脉等各动脉外膜中有碳颗粒 ,周围不存在内皮。电镜下 ,颈深淋巴结内见碳颗粒。颈内动脉颅内段及脑内小动脉 ,外膜内有碳颗粒。结论 :猫颈内动脉系外膜中存在着内囊的淋巴前通路
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore whether the interstitial fluid of internal capsule may drain through the prelymphatic ststem. Material and Methods: 10 μl Indian ink was injected into the internal capsule of 8 adult cats. The drainage pathways of carbon particles were observed with naked eye. Results: the deep cervical lymph nodes and the vessels in the subarachnoid space and on the brain surface were blackened. Under light microscope, carbon particles were found in the deep cervical lymph nodes and occasionally in the adventitia of internal carotid artery outer cranium. Carbon particles were also found in the adventitia of arteries, the internal carotid artery internal cranium, the middle cerebral artery, the circle of Willis, the arteries in subarachnoid space, and the arterioles in pia mater. No endodermis were found around these carbon particles. Under electron microscope, carbon particles were found in the deep cervical lymph nodes, the adventitia of internal carotid artery internal cranium, and the arterioles in brain. Conclusion: There were prelymphatics in the adventitia of the brain internal carotid artery in cat.
