泰山内折香茶菜水提物抗脂质过氧化作用的实验研究
PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF RABDOSIA INFEDUS AQUEOUS EXTRACT TO LIPID PEROXIDATION
【摘要】 目的观察泰山产内折香茶菜水提物的抗脂质过氧化作用。方法用浓度为5%、25%、1%的泰山产内折香茶菜水提物给小鼠灌胃,02ml/10g,每天1次,10d后,取血测定全血超氧化物歧化酶和血清丙二醛的含量。结果5%剂量组超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组,三个药物组丙二醛含量均高于对照组。结论泰山内折香茶菜具有抗脂质过氧化作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Rabdosia infedus aqueous extract to lipid peroxidation.Methods We administered to mice Rabdosia infedus aqueous extract (5%, 2.5%,1%) for 10 days, and then observed the changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialondehyde (MDA) in blood.Result The SOD activity of 5% group was significantly improved, whereas the content of MDA were all reduced significantly in the three treatment groups.Conclusion Rabdosia infedus aquous extract has anti-lipid peroxidative reaction effect.
