【摘要】 目的：研制一种杀灭阴道毛滴虫的药物。方法：用“妇乐安”作直接杀灭阴道毛滴虫的试验及在对倍稀释下的杀虫试验，测定在２ ｈ 内的 Ｅ Ｃ５０ 。结果：“妇乐安”的 Ｅ Ｃ５０ 在２ ｈ 内为１∶１２５ ， 在１ ｄ 内为１∶５００ 。结论：“妇乐安”能直接、迅速杀灭阴道毛滴虫，而且在较低浓度下，也具有效的杀虫效果。在广东地区药源丰富，是一种具有开发价值的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:The medicine that kills the Trichomonas vaginalis developed. Methods:The authors have developed the medicine “FULEAN” , which can kill Trichomonas vaginalis directly. The most extremely killing test, under the time diluting concentration was determined EC 50 in 2 h and 1 d. Results:EC 50 of “FULEAN” is determined and it was found to be 1∶125 in 2h and 1∶500 in 1 day. Conclusion:“FULEAN” killed Trichomonas vaginalis directly and promptly, even at lower concentration. The sourses of FULEAN is rich in Guangdong and it will be a promising drug for prospecting and exploitation.更多还原
